It usually takes 1–2 working days from receipt of the required information to produce the visualisation. 2. Send us the details of the chosen rug.

Send our customer service the article number or link of the rug or rugs using the form below.

3. Take a photo of your space

Take a photo of the space where you plan to place the rug and attach it to the form.

Simply, open “Select file” on the form on your smartphone and take a photo of the space using your phone’s camera.

How should you take the photo?

• Clear the area: If possible, move tables and chairs off the rug area, but keep sofas and larger furniture in place.
• Distance: take the photo from a relatively distance away so that the furniture and proportions of the space around the rug are clearly visible,
• Lighting: if possible, take the photo in natural light.
• Landscape mode: take a wide shot with your phone turned sideways.

This will ensure that the rug appears proportionate and lifelike within the space.

4. (Optional) Enter the dimensions

If possible, enter:

• the approximate dimensions of the walls,
• the approximate dimensions of the seating or other furniture.

These details will increase the accuracy of the visualisation, but they are not mandatory.
