How can I return the carpet to Carpetdepo?
We want returning your carpet to be simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps to complete the process quickly and easily:
- Contact us! Please email us at info@carpetdepo.hu so we can provide you with the information you need to return your carpet.
- Pack the carpet carefully! To ensure that the carpet arrives back undamaged, please pack it carefully. The carpet must be returned in perfect condition.
- Please provide the following information for the return:
- Pickup address: The address where the courier can pick up the package.
- Contact information: A phone number where the courier can reach you.
- Pickup time: Please provide a date and a 4-hour time slot when the courier can pick up the package.
- Invoice: Please include the invoice you received with your purchase in the package. - Refund: After the product has been returned and inspected, we will refund the amount to the credit card or bank account originally used. If you paid cash on delivery, please send us your account number for the transfer.

- Delivery attempts: The courier service will attempt to deliver your package twice. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, the second delivery date will be agreed in advance so that you do not miss your order.
Handling of unclaimed packages:
If a customer does not accept a cash on delivery package and does not notify us in advance of the refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to terminate further cooperation with the customer concerned. In this case, we will not accept any further orders from the customer in question.
