It's easier to order a TV online than a carpet. Although we try to take lifelike photos of the carpet, it may look different at home. This may depend on the sunlight, lamplight, shadows that hit the carpet... With handmade carpets, touch matters too, as most of the time you will be barefoot on it.

Feel free to order your favourite carpet, we will deliver it to your home (53 € up) free of charge. You have 30 days to decide if the carpet is right for you. If it doesn't match your home, all you have to do is repackage, and we'll arrange the return delivery, which is free of charge. 

How can I return the carpet to Carpetdepo?

Before returning your carpet, please contact us for return information:

The carpet must be returned in perfect condition. Please repack the carpet carefully. After returning the product, the product price will be refunded to the same credit card or account from which the product was paid. We would need a pickup date and a 4-hour interval when DPD can pick up the carpet from you. Please provide pick up address, phone number. Please include the invoice in the parcel.

Shipping

Our carpets are transported by the international shipping company DPD. Before shipping, DPD will send a notification of the delivery date to your e-mail address. You can change the delivery date if it is not convenient. You can read more about this in the e-mail. DPD will try to deliver the parcel two times.

Order

You can purchase your carpet by clicking on the "Buy now" button. The selected carpet will be added to the shopping cart, where you can check the contents of the cart by clicking on the "Checkout" button. If it is correct, we will ask you to enter your details and payment method by clicking on the "Order" button. You can register to make your next order easier, or you can purchase without registering. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will be taken to the order summary page, where you can add a comment to the supplier. If everything is correct, you can submit your order by clicking on the "Order" button.

Delivery time

As all our products are in stock, delivery time is usually 3-5 working days from the date of order. We inform our customers about the ordering process by e-mail.

Delivery fee

Our system calculates delivery charges automatically. The fee depends on the value of all the products in the basket. Up to 53 € the delivery charge is 5 €, above 53 € free. We can only calculate the delivery charge based on the total amount of this data, so you can view the delivery charge for the selected products by entering them in your shopping cart before you place your order.
